Les Miserables을 읽으면서..

‎"무지한 이들에게 되도록 많이 가르치도록 하라. 무료 교육을 베풀지 않는 사회는 유죄다. 사회는 스스로가 만들어내는 어둠에 책임을 쳐야 한다. 영혼이 어둠에 잠기면 죄를 저지르게 된다. 죄를 저지른 자가 아니라 영혼 속에 그늘을 만들어 준 자가 유죄이다."

Les Miserables을 읽으면서 가슴이 서늘할 정도의 위대한 정신을 자주 맞딱드리게 된다.
